If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (except additional costs if you chose a delivery option other than the least expensive standard delivery offered).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw, or when we receive the returned goods, whichever is earlier.

3. Return Conditions

3.1 Eligible Returns

In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return option for unopened products. To be eligible for a voluntary return:

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be in their original, unopened packaging
  • The product seal must be intact
  • Products must not be damaged or altered

The following items cannot be returned:
